Where's PhpStorm output settings to compile Sass into css (different folder output)

If you have different folders for Sass and Css and you want scss to compile css from Sass folder into Css folder. In Settings/Tools/FileWatchers in Arguments window type:

--no-cache --update $FileName$:../css/$FileNameWithoutExtension$.css
